Get pre-approved.

We will provide you with a free consultation with an approved lender to help you determine your price range based on your income, assets, credit, and goals.

Apply for down payment assistance.

The application process may include attending a course on home buying and home ownership. You will receive a certificate upon completion of the home buying course.

Find your dream home.

You will work with your realtor to find a home that meets your home buying goals.

Submit your loan application to the lender.

Once you find a home, negotiated a price, and sign contracts, then your lender will submit your mortgage application for approval.

Close and get your keys.

Once your file has been approved, you will sign your mortgage note and get the keys to your new home!
